This 54 year old woman is 5’3″ and 122 pounds. She wanted to avoid a breast lift (mastopexy) and use implants alone (utilizing a dual plane technique). She went from a 32A to 32D bra size with dual plane subpectoral Mentor Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel implants, Left 300cc, Right 300cc. She is shown over two months post op.
